Deep Clean

Deep clean services are offered when customers start a routine cleaning schedule, put a home up for sale, holidays, spring and fall clean ups. Items cleaned in the deep clean start with each room, we work from the top to bottom. We do not leave the room until the room is completely finished. That means we start with washing light fixtures, washing woodwork, inside windows, tracks, switchplate covers, spot clean walls, vents, registers, vacuum or sweep and wash floors. In the kitchen we also include the stove, refridgerator, sink, inside and outside cupboards. We will clean behind stove and refridgerator only on move outs. We will clean inside cupboards only if empty.

Maintenance Clean

Maintenance cleaning usually is our routine or surface cleaning. Customers can utilize this clean when scheduling weekly, bi-weekly, monthly and periodic cleanings. This clean includes mostly dusting and floors. Kitchen will include outside appliances, countertops, inside and outside microwave, and sink. In the bathroom we will clean counters, stool, vanity, shower, tub, garbages, and mirrors.

We provide the cleaning supplies and equipment. If you have a special product you prefer us to use on your wood floors or an other surface, please let us know. The cleaners carry all supplies and equipment therefore not needing a storage place. Customers get invoiced each cleaning and will be due upon completion, unless other arrangements have been made prior to cleaning. We welcome all communications by phone, or email that affects the servicing of your home which may include abnormal occurences or unsatisfactory quality of cleaning.
